Stephen Saber
Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Saber is the CEO of New Marketing Labs. Prior to that Stephen served as
President and Director of Exgenex, a full services event and lead management organization
providing technology tools and solutions to the event industry, since its inception
in 1993. Before launching Exgenex, Stephen served as a managing director at Cambridge
Technology Partners, a pre-IPO IT Services organization where he sold and managed
multi-million dollar software development projects to re-engineer businesses through
innovative uses of technology.
Stephen is also a managing director in several conference and education programs
with a focus on K-12 Education, Content Management Technologies, Compliance Solutions,
and Communications Strategies.
During his career, Stephen has developed seminars and lectures produced globally
for senior IT executives. These programs focused on business remodeling and reengineering
as a technique to redefine business processes and implement new technologies. He
has spoken in Tokyo, Singapore, and throughout the United States on the topic.
Stephen is currently a guest lecturer at Babson College in the entrepreneurship
program speaking to both undergraduate and graduate programs on

Chris Brogan
President

Chris Brogan is a NYT and WSJ best selling author for his book Trust Agents: Using
the Web to Build Influence, Improve Reputation, and Earn Trust. Chris is a ten year
veteran of using social media and technology to build digital relationships for
businesses, organizations, and individuals. Chris speaks, blogs, writes articles,
and makes media of all kinds at

Chris' blog, in the top 10 of the Advertising Age Power150 and the top 100 on Technorati,
has become synonymous with leadership in social media. Chris keynotes and speaks
at conferences, and consults with Fortune 1000 companies on their social media business

Prior to New Marketing Labs, Chris had 16 years experience in landline and wireless telecommunications,
working first with NYNEX (now Verizon), and then bcgi (a wireless services company).
He served in a variety of roles, including call center manager, product support,
applications engineer, and project manager. He specialized in enterprise hardware,
networking and software deployments, and corporate acquisitions. He maintains a
passion for enterprise technology.

Colin Bower
Chief Operating Officer

Colin is Chief Operating Officer at New Marketing Labs. Colin has 19 years
experience as a successful media, business and strategy professional, having advised
clients, managed groups and companies across online, digital and wireless platforms.
Colin was AOL Interactive's Director of Business Development where he was responsible
for working with best in class partners to develop marketing and ad campaigns in
the information, communications technology and finance verticals.
Colin has been a successful CEO in the digital media space, restructuring and bringing
a European public media company profitably into the digital world by generating
new revenue through interactive content development and sales. Colin has also run
a multimillion USD global business division for Arthur Andersen consulting, providing
strategy and business consulting services to multinational clients across verticals.
Colin has a BA from McGill University, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth
School of Business, and a Certificate in Advanced Corporate Finance from INSEAD,
France.

Justin Levy
Director of Business Development, Corporate Strategy, and Client Services

Justin Levy is Director of Business Development, Corporate Strategy, and Client Services at New Marketing Labs. In this role Justin works as
part of the professional services team assisting clients with their social programs.
Justin is also co-organizer of the Inbound Marketing Summit and Inbound Marketing
Bootcamp events and spearheads other special projects for the New Marketing Labs' team.
Prior to joining New Marketing Labs, Justin Levy was Managing Director of That's Great PR, a firm
which specializes in writing and distributing SEO press releases for their clients.
In this role Justin was responsible for the development of new media marketing strategies,
client acquisition strategy, brand development, and development of business processes.
At the same time, Justin also was Managing Director of sister company, That's Great
News where he oversaw all marketing, special projects and outsourced resources.
Prior to that, Justin was Partner/President of Talent Network, where he was responsible
for client acquisition, marketing, operations and business strategy.

TJ O'Connor
Director of Technology and Product Development

TJ is the Director of Technology and Product Development at New Marketing Labs, working with clients to
streamline business processes by combining existing social media technologies with
custom developed solutions. He also is the lead architect on the NML Dashboard,
a tool used to help clients measure and track various social media metrics.
Prior to joining New Marketing Labs, TJ was principal consultant for CrossTech Partners where he
focused on the the convergence of web applications in the corporate marketplace,
including semantic search, enterprise content management, and XML publishing solutions.
As a thought leader, TJ has delivered presentations on Web 2.0, social media, and
content management at technology events throughout the country.
TJ received dual undergraduate degrees in Interactive Digital Design and Computer
Science from Quinnipiac University.

Keith Burtis
Director of Client Strategy

Keith Burtis is the Director of Client Strategy for New Marketing Labs. Keith has been an early adopter of the web working in some form of digital marketing for the last ten years. Keith leads the NML team in client strategy development and focuses on measurable impact in relation to client objectives and needs.
Keith worked with Best Buy as the Social Media manager for the Remix project and ran Keith Burtis Consulting prior to joining NML.
Keith brings a unique passion and myriad experience in the social media, enterprise and business verticals.
